Transformational Breathwork Event 19th Oct 24!

Thanks so much to all the ladies who attended my first wellness event at Meadow Cottage Holistics.

We had an amazing evening, during which we set intentions and practised gratitude. The ladies received a welcome bag on arrival.

All the names were put into a raffle for a free treatment.

The ladies enjoyed healthy light bites, herbal teas and alcohol-free prosecco before taking part in transformational breath work and guided meditation with Croí Cróga with Cora (https://www.instagram.com/croicroga_with_cora?igsh=cWlxeThzcjVwZ3Y4) in our studio space.
